TECHNICAL SPECS AND DRAWINGS
Our pre-rigged AV Equipment belongs to Visual Elements, which can be hired directly. Having this high-end equipment pre-rigged saves precious time and cost in rigging & de-rigging. Aerial trusses can be lowered, and Visual Elements are well resourced and can provide a host of additional equipment that you may require.
Loading bay access is located directly outside of the venue and can be hired by enquiring with the local council. All event props, staging and equipment should be unloaded outside of the venue and wheeled into Arches 3 & 4 on trolleys, via the private side road entrance.

POWER
16a Single Phase and 13a power available in the ceiling.
16a Single Phase and 13a power available throughout space.
16a, 32a and 63a Three Phase connections available.
Temporary power distribution to any location within the event space available on request.
Power plan/power draw for all external equipment must be provided prior to the start of build for approval.
RIGGING
Maximum 200Kg per point of weight loading available in the ceiling (less weight of Visual Element’s rig).
More truss, motors, general rigging available upon request.
Weight loading and placement of any additional equipment being hung from the ceiling must be provided prior to the start of build for approval.
LIGHTING
Pre-Rigged: 12x Prolights Eclipse JTW LED Fresnels in each arch. 6x Chroma-
Color One 100’s in Arch 3, 8x Chroma-Q ColorForce 12’s in Arch 4
Desks/Control consists of an Avolites Quartz in each arch.
More lighting/effects/control available upon request.
AUDIO
Pre-Rigged: Aerial; 6x D&B Y7P loudspeakers in each arch.
Control consists of a Yamaha LS9 16ch console in each Arch. All speakers are individually assignable via their own amp channels and both arches can be linked.
Up to 8 channels of Sennheiser wireless microphones installed across both arches
More audio and wireless available on request.
DATA
Hard wired internet connection and dedicated wireless network available on request.
